Walker & Associates Expands Its College Park Footprint, Buying Up the Building Next Door
Walker & Associates just made its next power move in College Park — and it’s not a courtroom win. The firm has acquired the Main Street property sitting right next to its existing headquarters, expanding the campus it shares with entertainment investment firm StillWater Partners on Broadway.
It’s a quiet announcement with loud implications. In one of metro Atlanta’s most active business corridors, Walker & Associates isn’t just occupying space anymore — it’s buying up the block.
The move gives both organizations room to breathe and room to build: more space for attorneys, executive leadership, client meetings, and the kind of collaborative environment that comes with running a law firm and an entertainment production company under one roof. It’s also a signal. Firms don’t expand physical real estate unless they’re planning to grow into it.
Founded by attorney James L. Walker Jr., Walker & Associates has spent years building a name in business, entertainment, litigation, and corporate law — the kind of practice that attracts entrepreneurs, executives, and public figures who need counsel that understands both the legal system and the industries they operate in. StillWater Partners on Broadway, headquartered alongside the firm, has carved its own lane investing in and producing Broadway theatrical productions.
